Concept~ Our project coordinator will visit your project site to review your ideas for your project. We will
listen to you and go over your expectations for your project. We will work with your design team, or our
design team is waiting to make your ideas come alive. Once we have a concept of your project, our
project coordinator will put together your free estimate. Our project Coordinator will then deliver your
detailed estimate to you for your review.
Construction~ Our team works very closely with open and frequent communication to ensure your ideas
will be reality. While working with APEX Building Concepts, you will find our subcontractors are like family
to us.... in fact some of them are! We feel this ensures open communication, quality predictability, smooth
project flow and more importantly trust, while adding to the value of your home.
Completion~ The day you have been waiting for! The realization of your project has come to life. Your
project coordinator will complete a walk through with you of your project to ensure all your expectations
have been meet. Our one year guarantee starts the day of the walk through.

| project site to provide you with an accurate estimate tailored to your project. No wild guesses from us. | ||
| Preliminary Design- Optional service we provide upon request. 3-D walk through also available. We will also | |
| work with your design team. | ||
| Follow up meeting-Project Coordinator will meet with the homeowner again to finalize all details and address | |
| any concerns before any contract is signed. | ||
| Pre-Construction Meeting*-Involves project coordinator, subcontractors, design team and homeowner. Project | |
| flow process will be documented and placed into an easy to read schedule for you to keep. *(Provided when three or more subcontractors are involved) | ||
| Communication-Daily written updates, project schedule flow that is easy to read | |
| Homeowner Sign Off-Your project coordinator will complete a walk through of your completed project with you | |
| to ensure you are completely satisfied. |
